Why n8n instead of Zapier or Make?
n8n can be self-hosted, and it handles branching logic and custom code when a workflow needs it. If Zapier or Make suits you better, we’ll say so on the call.
Do we need our own server?
No. n8n Cloud works out of the box. Self-hosting is an option if you want your data on your own infrastructure.
What happens when a workflow fails?
You get an alert with the error and the record it failed on. The workflow can retry, or wait for a person to decide.
Can you fix workflows someone else built?
Yes. We review what’s running, fix what’s broken and document the rest.
How long does it take?
Most builds go from first call to launch in two to three weeks. Scope sets the real date, and you approve it first.
