Operations consultancy for early stage businesses

Build systems people actually use.

We’re a small team building Airtable systems and AI automations for early-stage businesses. We grow slowly, with people who care how work really runs.

Open roles

None right now. We still want to hear from you.

We work with freelancers and collaborators on client projects. If one of these sounds like you, tell us what you’ve built.

  • Airtable buildersYou design bases people actually use: clean schemas, interfaces for each role, and automations that hold up.
  • Automation engineersYou build n8n workflows that connect tools, use AI where it helps, and fail loudly instead of silently.
  • DesignersYou make interfaces, portals and pages that feel simple, and you care what happens after the click.
